At Feeling This Wellness Collective we offer wellness programs grounded in ancient wisdom and current research, emphasizing well-being for the mind, body and relationships. We provide services designed with safety and choice in mind, combining movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices.

No. Our services are designed to complement your existing healthcare. We encourage you to discuss any new practices with your healthcare provider.

We have seven Core Wellness Programs that range from building healthy foundations to advanced practices. They can be experienced through small group classes, private sessions, or workplace wellness programs.

Not at all! Our programs welcome all experience levels. You’ll always have choices for how to participate, and there’s no pressure, comparison, or competition.

Absolutely. We focus on what feels good for your body today. Each session offers modifications and options so you can work within your comfort level.

Most sessions run 60–90 minutes, depending on the program.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring a yoga mat, water, and anything that helps you feel at ease. We provide extra equipment when needed.

Land Acknowledgment

We acknowledge that we operate on Treaty 4 territory, the traditional lands of the Cree, Ojibwe, Saulteaux, Dakota, Lakota, Nakoda, and Métis peoples. We recognize the connection between land, wellness, and Indigenous ways of knowing, and we honour the ongoing relationship Indigenous communities have with this territory.

Honouring Origins

We acknowledge and honour yoga's ancient origins in India thousands of years ago, with deep roots in Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain traditions. We approach these teachings with respect and gratitude, recognizing yoga as a comprehensive system for well-being that extends far beyond physical shapes. We commit to teaching yoga's historical and cultural context accurately while making practices accessible to all. We're respectfully adapting a living tradition, not claiming "authentic" or "pure" yoga.
